I'm a stay-at-home mom with eclectic tastes, but I value strong story arcs and believable characters before almost anything else. Broad genres I read: fantasy, thriller, romance, sci-fi. Niche genres/tropes I read: vampires, chosen one, forced proximity, (true) enemies to lovers, dark academia, master/apprentice (not a romantic pairing, I just love that dynamic!).
